I took my diesel motorhome for it's first service here last week. It was easy making an appointment and they took the motorhome into the shop right at the time of the appointment. The shop was clean, the personnel friendly and professional and the Service Manager, Nathan, was very happy to answer all my annoying questions since I am relatively new to Motorhomes. They went above and beyond in that they checked and found a small leak in my antifreeze line and tightened a clamp without any extra charges. The prices seemed very reasonable given estimates I had gotten from other places and since the engine in the Motorhome was an International, they had all the parts in stock and I was out within a couple of hours. Based upon my experience I would highly recommend this facility, particulary for Motorhome owners since some facilities do not like servicing them and additionally, Nathan, the Service Manager told me he had lots of experience with motorhomes and had been a tech for a number of years before becoming a Service Manager, so he had a high level of knowledge regarding some of the peculiarites . I can't think of a thing that was negative about the entire experience.

I had an a/c compressor that needed some seals that I was having a hard time finding. I was afraid that I was going to purchase a new compressor because of these $5 seals. They got the parts and in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied and my truck is fixed!!

Drive for a large fleet and required to use this location for our PM work. Planned on being here all day and to my surprise was rolling down the slab by noon ! Work was done timely and performed well. My fleet spot checks work and Carolina does good. But sure can use more service desk helpers that day the Manager was training his help and the phones were ringing all over cant imagine what those guys n gals put up with running around. Could not help but to over- heard processes that are solid but require more good people and Carolina will have them rigs stacking out the road. See yall in two months thanks
