RECHTIEN INTERNATIONAL TRUCKS COMPLETES ACQUISITION

Rechtien International Trucks, Inc. of Miami, Florida announced today it has completed the acquisition of Carolina International Trucks, Inc. 

We would like to thank Dick and Kate Ryan for building this company over the last 30 years with an excellent team, vendors, and great customer relationships. “We’re excited to align with a company that values the customers and employees as much as we do,” said Dick Ryan.

With this acquisition Carolina International Trucks will become a subsidiary of Rechtien International with a total of 11 locations serving South Florida and South Carolina. We will continue providing high quality products and services while leveraging an expanded market coverage to provide additional value for our customers and employees. Here in South Carolina we will continue doing business as Carolina International Trucks. The same team will continue supporting your business, while investing in the future.
