Jamie Spires has been a vital part of our team for 24 years. Not only does he excel as our main triage technician, but he also consistently delivers top-notch performance in warranty processing. Jamie, your dedication is truly admirable!

Robert Sherman, with three and a half years of service, has gone above and beyond by taking on additional responsibilities as our Mitsubishi technician. His willingness to expand his expertise is commendable and greatly appreciated.

Heather Hoffman, with two years under her belt, has shown remarkable growth by embracing a new role, where she excels in performing accelerated service diagnostics. Her dedication to continuous improvement is an inspiration to us all.
